We are seeking a passionate and talented Front Arena Prime developer to join us in the Markets department and the Front Arena Centre of Excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, customizing and supporting our cutting-edge Front Arena solution that drives our trading and risk management operations.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Contribute to the development of our Front Arena installation, interfaces, algorithms and tools

• Capture requirements, plan, implement and test the solutions in an agile environment (SAFe)

• Provide first-class Front User support (Trading, Mid-Office, Risk Office)

• Work on complex problems, experiment with new ideas and continuously learn and improve

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in structured products issuance, trading and life-cycling

• At least 2 years of experience as Front Arena developer in Python, AEL, ACM, ADFL (must have)

• Nice to have: Experience working directly with securities traders

• Preferably: .NET/C#, JSON, MS-SQL (trainings completed and certificates/exams)

• Communication skills and able to prioritise effectively and work under pressure

• Empathetic person with great customer service skills

• Enthusiastic team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude

• Strong analytical skills
