Your Neolytix Revenue Manager Trainee Journey:
· In one month:
o Complete onboarding orientation, including US healthcare industry overview and Neolytix company culture.
o Participate in intensive foundational training covering the basics of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), key terminology, medical billing, and claims processes.
o Begin hands-on shadowing with senior revenue managers to observe real-time billing, coding, and insurance verification processes within top US healthcare organizations.
· In 3 months:
o Progress to handling supervised tasks such as eligibility checks, simple charge entries, and patient data management.
o Apply skills in billing software, compliance protocols, and basic denial management under mentor guidance.
o Attend regular performance reviews, receive feedback, and start contributing to small improvement projects in revenue operations.
· In 6 months:
o Collaborate across teams and communicate directly with US healthcare organizations to resolve complex issues, optimize revenue, and support operational transformation.

· During Training- Day Shift then when deployed Mid-Shift
· Must be able to report to Eastwood Monday to Friday
· We only hire from Marikina, Pasig, Antipolo, Rizal, Eastwood, Quezon City
· Fresh grads- up to 2 years of work experience
