Job DescriptionManually clean lining off gizzards with a roller machine. Work is accomplished on a stationary table between two production lines. Incumbent acts as quality controller and gizzard machine monitor for all gizzards produced.
Qualifications- Able to do basic math, counting and telling of time.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English. Able to follow instructions, both verbal and demonstrated.
- Previous production type experience preferred. Must be able to stand at work station and other positions as assigned.
- Good hand‑eye coordination. Ability to make quick quality judgement decisions within the levels of assigned duties.
- Must be able to work with wet hands throughout the shift.
