Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
French Speaking Logistics Support Specialist
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle calls and emails related to fuel deliveries for stations across North America.
- Provide support to stations regarding fuel deliveries, assist with delivery paperwork, and help resolve any related issues.
- Assist carriers in resolving fuel delivery issues, including maintenance, retain, cross drops, spills, and allocation concerns.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage.
- Very good communication and collaboration skills.
- Precise, organized and stress resistant personality.
- Adaptability, quick learning ability and willingness to develop new skills.
- Fluency in English and French (both verbal and written) for daily communication with colleagues in North America.
- Good overall skills with computers and programs.
- A proactive, improvement driven mindset and strong teamwork skills.
- Availability to work day, evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
