About the team and the role:We partner with our customers to remove barriers to growth and build long-term loyalty to the eBay marketplace by understanding seller needs, taking ownership, and supporting seller profitability. The French Pro Exporter proactively drives marketplace growth by building trusted relationships with strategic sellers and developing tailored business plans to help them achieve their goals on eBay.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, providing ongoing guidance, monthly business reviews, and proactive support to help improve seller performance and business outcomes. You will also collaborate with internal FR & EU teams and business units to support export adoption and contribute to initiatives that drive marketplace growth.
What you will accomplish:- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic sellers, serving as their primary point of contact for business support and guidance
- Analyze seller performance using internal CRM tools and recommend actions aligned with customer priorities and business goals
- Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and weekly seller conversations to identify growth opportunities and support seller success
- Support high-value sellers across areas including growth strategies, technical issues, billing, shipping programs, and policy-related queries
- Educate sellers on platform updates, new features, and release rollouts to help them adapt and improve business performance
- Partner with FR & EU teams and cross-functional business units to support export adoption and participate in pilot programs that contribute to revenue growth
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales or account management experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of e-commerce business models and the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Fluency in English and French is essential, must be based in the Republic of Ireland. willingness to travel as a representative of the eBay brand
