This person will work with our business development team to generate interest in our Human Resources services. Key duties include building client relationships, generating leads, and turning them into prospects for our sales team to manage. Key responsibilities will include sales and lead generation, product and service expertise, and assisting with sales cycle management.
The ideal background is an independent sales professional who is already familiar with selling HR services to industry leaders, executives, and business owners. Successful candidates are self-motivated, resilient, and possess strong communication and organizational skills, enabling them to work independently and drive results for the company.
This role will have freelance/independent status as an independent contractor (1099). It will be commission-only compensation.
