Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there. Every day, we work together to help our members buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items, giving each piece a second life – or even a third.
The Vinted Group is made up of three business units that support this mission:
Vinted Marketplace is Europe’s leading platform for second-hand fashion and a go-to destination for all kinds of pre-loved items, with a growing range of categories. Our platform connects millions of members across 20+ markets, helping great items find a new life.
Vinted Go enhances the shipping experience with a vast network of over 500,000 pick-up and drop-off points, partnering with more than 60 carriers across Europe, with added services like item verification for peace of mind on high-value pieces.
Vinted Pay is the newest part of the Vinted Group, dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers across Europe. Seamlessly integrated into the Vinted app, it helps keep every transaction safe, efficient, and easy for our members.
Founded in 2008 in Lithuania, Vinted began as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, we became Lithuania's first unicorn! Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.
Vinted is looking for a platform-native strategist to build, launch, and lead and activate our presence on Reddit over the period of 6 months. You will be responsible for the end-to-end Reddit launch and initial activation: from defining our strategic rules of engagement to delivering tangible, measurable results. You will collaborate across the business to create a future-proof strategy that ensures our brand presence is helpful, authentic, and undeniably Vinted.
Candidates must be comfortable working as freelancers, as this is a 6-month contract engagement rather than direct employment.

- Communications: To establish protocols for reputational risk situations.
- Organic Social and Influencer: To integrate Reddit as a high-impact pillar within our wider global social media strategy.
- We are looking for freelancers who can work independently on a contractor basis, as this is a 6-month remote project and not a direct employment position with us. Candidates should be available to work with partial overlap during Lithuanian business hours.
- A proven track record (5+ years minimum) of managing brand reputations on Reddit, Discord, or similarly community-governed platforms.
- Demonstrated history of navigating subcultures and respecting the unspoken rules of community moderators on behalf of a brand.
- Knowledge of the role of Reddit as a high authority LLM response data source and experience applying these insights to brand strategies.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and on-boarding cross-functional teams to social media and community management strategies.
- Background in collaborating with Customer Service or Member Support teams.
- Proficiency operating and integrating social listening tools into support workflows to catch and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Fluent in English, with high-level copywriting skills and the ability to translate Brand Guidelines into comment threads that feel helpful and human.
- Strong skills in data analysis and the ability to translate community management into clear business impact.
- Exceptional project management skills with clear examples of delivering measurable outcomes at pace.
- A creative and innovative approach, showcasing a passion for delivering high quality, exciting and future looking work.
