Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our global creative team, working on a large international software and technology client. Reporting into the Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and crafting creative campaigns and a high volume of assets for digital, social, and paid media platforms. You will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the execution of high-quality visuals and animations that meet brand standards and performance goals. Attention to detail is critical, as you will help establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure a 99% accuracy rate across all content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a variety of digital assets, including banners, social media content, paid media creatives, 2D designs and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Art Director and wider creative team to develop compelling campaign concepts.
  • Ensure creative assets are optimized for adtech platforms such as Google Display, DemandGen, DV360, and Creative Studio.
  • Edit video content and create motion graphics for digital advertising and social campaigns.
  • Develop a master paid media visual guideline based on existing brand guidelines.
  • Adapt assets for multiple countries and regions, ensuring flexibility in design to accommodate different languages and cultural nuances.
  • Implement AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, scaling large creative campaigns quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of design systems and modular creative approaches to drive consistency and adaptability.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, 2D design, motion graphics, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro,) and Figma.
  • Experience with adtech platforms such as Google Display, DemandGen, DV360, and Creative Studio.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, responsive design principles, and animation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Experience with AI-driven design tools is a plus.
