OVERVIEW:

The Analytics Technical Specialist is a key technical role responsible for leading analytics deployment projects to enhance client measurement reliability. They will also provide support on more advanced projects, design measurement frameworks, and ensure high-quality delivery that meets Incubeta’s standards. The specialist will build client relationships, generate impactful work for marketing collateral, and elevate team expertise through knowledge sharing. This position sits within our Global Marketing Intelligence Delivery Team (MIDT) structure, and will operate remotely, focussing on working with in-market teams to delight clients in the EMEA region. They will share knowledge & insights across the MIDT to ensure alignment in best practices across Incubeta Analytics delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and execute analytics deployment projects independently.
  • Support senior stakeholders on advanced analytics and measurement initiatives.
  • Design and create comprehensive Measurement Frameworks aligned with Incubeta best practices and client requirements.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to both clients and internal Incubeta teams, including developing training materials.
  • Deliver, maintain, and adapt existing solutions based on received briefs and clear needs.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) on all technical implementations to ensure required standards are met.
  • Proactively engage with projects to examine feasibility, identify blockers, and flag expected slippage.
  • Effectively communicate and execute solutions with clients and client leads, addressing measurement challenges with insightful solutions.
  • Manage clients’ expectations and concerns through proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Proactively share information on the latest industry updates, new products, and evolving processes with the team.

KPI & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT 

  • Deliver to success criteria within assigned tasks, or provide justifiable rationale shared in advance where not achieved.

  • Receive positive feedback in post-project reviews.

HARD SKILLS: 

  • Experience: 3+ years in a technical role related to analytics, with a proven ability to lead deployment projects.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.

Certifications:

  • Google Analytics 4 Certification
  • Google Tag Manager Certification
  • Privacy Certification

Technical Expertise:

  • GA4 Audits, Implementation and Troubleshooting
  • Google & Meta Tags Audits, Implementation and Troubleshooting
  • Confidence performing tag implementation and maintenance for tags outside of Google and Meta tech stack
  • dataLayer Audits, Implementation and Troubleshooting
  • Looker Studio 
  • Custom JavaScript & HTML
  • Expertise in Privacy Initiatives (e.g., Consent Mode - CoMo Basic/Advanced, Enhanced Conversions - EnCo for Web and Leads) implementations.
  • Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMP) (e.g., OneTrust/Didomi).
  • Proficiency in Measurement Frameworks

  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery.
  • Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for Analytics to both clients and the wider team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in executing solutions and managing client expectations and concerns.
  • A proactive mindset in engaging with projects, identifying blockers, and communicating slippage.
  • Effective prioritization and backlog management, with the ability to escalate conflicts to senior stakeholders when necessary.
