Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Drive regional revenue and support franchise partners in meeting student enrollment and admission targets.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all franchise centers comply with company policies, academic quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Partner Support: Visit franchise locations regularly to evaluate performance, troubleshoot operational challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Marketing & Outreach: Coordinate Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives and execute ATL/BTL campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Training & Development: Conduct or facilitate training programs for franchise staff, counselors, and faculty regarding new courses and sales techniques.
- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic MIS reports to be shared with the corporate leadership team.
- Lead Generation: Support digital lead generation, follow-up, and nurturing activities within the assigned territory.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven experience in franchise management, education sales, or channel partner management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
