This role is primarily focused on .NET development across different types of projects, including applications built with .NET Framework, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC. While the main focus is not frontend development, the role requires a working knowledge of core frontend technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

In this role, you’ll help design and implement high-quality .NET solutions, contribute to full-stack product development, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software. If you’re passionate about solving complex challenges, advancing your technical skills, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

Maintain, design, and develop high-performance code:
Maintain and develop our cloud-based SaaS inventory management software using .NET technologies, ensuring solutions meet business needs and follow best practices in software design and development.

    Contribute to full-stack development:
Work across application, database, and frontend layers when needed, including implementing API-driven features, writing and optimizing SQL queries, working with stored procedures and triggers, making UI updates, adjusting page layouts, working with forms, and applying basic styling using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

    Lead development initiatives:
Take ownership of complex features and modules, providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.

    Code reviews and quality assurance:
Review code for consistency, quality, maintainability, performance, and adherence to coding standards, providing constructive feedback to peers.

    Optimize performance and reliability:
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, scalability concerns, and technical challenges to ensure optimal system performance in a cloud SaaS environment.

    Support testing practices:
Contribute to software quality by understanding and applying appropriate testing practices, including unit testing and integration testing where applicable.

    Adopt new technologies:
Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the development process and product quality.

    Mentor and coach:
Foster a culture of growth and collaboration by providing guidance and technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

What you'll bring:

    Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on software development experience, with strong specialization in .NET technologies.

    Core Skills:
