Job DescriptionDue to the continued and rapid growth of Wise, we’re on the hunt for an ambitious, analytical FP&A professional to join our global Finance Business Partnering team in Hyderabad. You’ll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship.
Your mission:
- Support the Finance Business Partnering in helping departments understand their cost base, manage budgets and optimize efficiency.
- Support budgeting & re-forecasting processes, building accurate financial models and forecasts for operating expenses (OPEX) and key business growth drivers.
- Perform actuals vs. forecast variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends that support data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Improve existing financial models and BI dashboards to deepen the level of actionable commercial insights delivered to business leads.
- Generate meaningful insights through data backed financial analysis, with a clear and concise narrative.

A bit about you:
- 2-4+ years of relevant Finance Experience.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and audit complex financial models in excel/google sheets, with experience in variance analysis and budgeting.
- Comfortable building interteam relationships.
- Clear, concise communication, translating complex financial numbers into simple narratives.
- Proficient in spreadsheet modelling (excel/G-Suite), experience extracting and analysing data, and working with modern BI tools.
- Solid grasp of expense classification (fixed vs. variable, vendor vs headcount) and general financial statements.
Skills:

- Strong communicator: articulate and clear.
- Keen to roll up sleeves and get the job donesm.

Bonus points for:
- Professional accounting/finance qualification.
- Prior experience in FInTech, Tech SaaS, or high-growth international businesses.
- Working knowledge of planning/BI tools like Anaplan, Workday or Lightdash.

We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
