Drive consultative sales of healthcare solutions to physicians through visits, virtual meetings, and conferences. Develop clinical and ROI-focused presentations, collaborate on localized healthcare marketing campaigns, identify high-potential accounts using data, and maintain CRM records. Translate physician feedback into product and marketing improvements while monitoring medical trends, regulations, and competition. The role requires extensive regional travel and focuses on product adoption, sales target achievement, and physician relationship development.

Drives franchise expansion by generating leads, managing the franchise sales cycle, presenting business opportunities, and converting prospects. Coordinates franchise onboarding and new cafe openings, including vendors, licensing, procurement, staffing, and training. Supports franchise operations, conducts quarterly audits, monitors corrective actions, manages partner relationships, and prepares sales, opening, operational, and audit reports. Requires extensive travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
