Responsibilities:
Develop proficiency at each hotel that consistently delivers high performance in Topline Fee Generating Revenues, Brand Compliance, and Accor Reputation.
Identify the greatest opportunities to improve performance in each franchise hotel.
Support and train in using the Accor performance tools (TARS / Opera Cloud / IdeasRMS / STR / TrustYou / ANAIS / OTA Insights / HotStats / Max for Partners / Tableau / Accor Live / INES).
Understand and utilize appropriate tools and resources to ensure effective and consistent on-property and virtual consultation meetings.
Effectively collaborate with Accor PME teams in various departments and champion key programmes and initiatives.
Generate post-consultation follow-up correspondence and maintain effective property and ownership documentation notes within WEMAX. Regularly update management records.
Be up to date on all Accor programs, franchise requirements, operating practices, market trends, and industry conditions to provide necessary information and support to franchisees.
Provide feedback to SVP and VPO Türkiye operations on property performance trends, ownership issues, competitive intelligence, or other information that might prompt the consideration of collaborative efforts.
Support Accor PME Hotels franchise network growth through engagement with the business development team.
QualificationsExperience, Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
At least 15 years’ experience in hotel level leadership or relevant related experience
Extensive corporate level, multi-unit hotel operations management and/or commercial support highly preferred.
Full-service hotel commercial and revenue management experience and/or multi-unit oversight experience are preferred.
Strong analytic skills and data management abilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, franchise industry savvy, and proven track record in driving hotel performance success.
Strong training, consulting, and persuasion skills
Good working knowledge and abilities in all aspects of Microsoft Suite of tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS and Word)
Excellent time-management and follow-through skills
Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to balance multiple project support requests beyond ongoing portfolio support requirements.
Motivated by exceeding goals, meeting deadlines, and seeing results.
