As a Consultant in Franchise Operations for North cluster of ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) operating unit (OU), you’ll serve as an integrator to coordinate business operations and collaborations among Franchise Unit, Bottler and OU functions.

What You’ll Do for Us
- Solid understanding of business opportunities which will need strong analytical skill to help in the decision-making process.
- Supports the Franchise Operations Head to integrate all materials, presentations for sharing with bottler as part of the weekly, monthly and gate meetings
- Liaises with the different functions for these materials in preparation for the important stakeholder meetings
- Coordinates all the Commercial execution elements, materials needed by the Franchise Operations Managers (FOMs) for each of their areas and the respective bottlers in the areas.
- Severs as a direct hand in program support and execution of key programs along with the Franchise Operations Director (FOD) for national programs and FOMs for the regional programs.
- Serves as key personnel for franchise for planning and executing the different engagements with the bottlers i.e. Market Impact Teams (MITs), markets visits, bottler meetings, sales conferences.
- Internal: Communicate with internal stakeholders (from franchise unit, OU functions, outside of ASP) and key bottling partners
- External: Communicating with customers, key advisors and other stakeholders to progress and successfully deliver on key business development initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Relevant Marketing and Commercial experience of 3-5 years, preferably in FMCG industry
- Sound knowledge of Marketing and Operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Pro-active, hungry for learning, analytical & strategic thinking, highly adaptable
