What You Will Do :
You will be responsible for:
-
Leading Controlling activities on France & Belgium and performing Controlling activities on selected business categories

Acting as the financial business partner for the other Functions
-
Acting as sparring partner for the Regional Controllers, given the relevance of France
-
Taking the lead in specific projects, challenging the status quo and recommending continuous improvement
You are the right fit for this position if:
-
You are a business partner with a solid financial experience in Controlling / Financial Analysis & Planning possibly in FMCG. Knowledge of French retailers landscape is required.

You champion best practices in Sales & Marketing Controlling.
-
You tick the box on all Controlling fundamentals (forecasting, closing, variance analysis, working capital, basic accounting, ...). Prior experience in Internal or External Audit is a plus.

You have managed Teams and have a proven inclination for people development.

You are a committed hungry doer and deal confidently with change management, with a collaborative "can-do" attitude. You are ready to be involved in various change projects, from mindset, to processes, to systems.

You speak English and French, and are thrilled by working in an international environment.

Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP HANA is a plus.
