About this role
The Team:
The Global Marketing & Digital Wealth organization at BlackRock is a forward-looking, globally connected team at the center of the firm’s most high-impact priorities. We are architects of growth, working across functions and markets to unlock opportunities and accelerate outcomes for the business. In collaboration with both internal and external partners, we design the conditions for success—delivering next-generation campaigns, brand platforms, communications, training, and client experiences. Our work is powered by world-class centers of excellence spanning content strategy, research & analytics, and digital platforms & experiences.
Work cross‑functionally with local, regional, and European stakeholders to deliver high‑impact marketing initiatives aligned with client segments and business priorities across the FraBeLux region.
Role and Impact:
The Associate role within FraBeLux Marketing plays a key role in delivering marketing initiatives that support local business objectives, with a primary focus on France and broader coverage across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The role partners closely with the FraBeLux Marketing team, the wider European marketing organization, and stakeholders across the business to help promote BlackRock’s capabilities to both institutional and wealth client segments.
This position is hands‑on and diverse, contributing to end‑to‑end execution across the marketing mix — including digital, events, direct marketing, and social — ensuring activities remain aligned with commercial priorities and tailored to local client needs. The Associate supports the development and delivery of marketing assets and activations, coordinating inputs across teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand outputs that strengthen client engagement and enhance BlackRock’s visibility in the region.
A core part of the role is supporting FraBeLux event strategy and delivery across proprietary and third‑party events, including logistics, invitations, onsite coordination, and post‑event follow‑up — helping deliver a strong client experience and ensuring events contribute to business priorities. The Associate also contributes to the local web and digital experience by supporting the management and optimisation of content on BlackRock.com, coordinating updates, and partnering with regional teams to improve accuracy and the user journey. In parallel, the role helps deliver paid social media activity and campaigns tailored to the FraBeLux markets, strengthening reach and engagement across priority audiences.
Through strong cross‑functional collaboration and a data‑driven approach, the Associate helps the team execute consistently and effectively across campaigns and channels, contributing to measurable marketing outcomes and ongoing improvement in delivery quality.
