Our FP&A team is all about empowering sustainable growth through strategic financial planning and data-driven insights, as a trusted business partner. As a key member of this team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our strategy, leading planning efforts, and influencing critical financial decisions that propel our company toward its objectives.

Based in the Berlin headquarters and reporting to the Head of Central FP&A, you will have the responsibility for balance sheet and cash analysis as well as working capital optimization. The FP&A manager will play a critical role in forecasting, preparing the latest financial views and developing board materials. As a central FP&A manager you will work closely with the CFO, Finance leaders and other senior stakeholders to drive timely and effective decision-making. You will be analytically minded, providing clear insights and recommendations that are key to the company’s success!

• Performing in-depth balance sheet analysis to guide strategic decisions and work with the Treasury team to optimize cash flow and enhance working capital efficiency through effective strategies.
• Leading the forecasting process, update financial views, and deliver projections for informed business performance insights.
• Analysing financial data to identify trends, highlighting key issues and providing actionable recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Supporting the Head of Central FP&A in preparing financial presentations and reports for regular updates to the leadership, the Board and shareholders.
• Working closely with business stakeholders in creating business cases, evaluating investment decisions and trade-offs to drive our sustainable growth
• Preparing monthly management reports on actuals & forecast with insightful analysis and commentary to drive transparency and action.
• Partnering with the accounting and treasury team, including during the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience and associated qualifications within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent skills in using systems and tools, particularly Excel; experience with ERP (e.g. SAP) and CPM (e.g. OneStream) is a plus
• Project and process management skills with a track of delivering results and financial process improvement a plus
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques - experience in financial consolidation and/or tax planning is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Intellectual curiosity, a passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity while offering a strategic perspective.
• High energy and a results-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative to drive work.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

Please note this role is a hybrid position based out of our Berlin headquarters. Its essential you can based in Berlin or open to relocation. We can discuss relocation and visa support as we move the successful candidate through the interview process.
