Team Mission  

The mission of our FP&A team is to drive sustainable growth by combining strategic financial planning with AI-augmented, data-driven insights. As a key leader in this team, you will develop our strategy, spearheading planning initiatives, and make high impact financial and strategic decisions that accelerate our company towards its ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

Based in our Berlin headquarters and reporting to the Head of Operations FP&A, you will partner with the Operations team, overseen by our COO & Co-Founder which encompasses our Sales & Supply and Customer Care organisations. Your role is to facilitate timely and effective decision-making processes. You should be analytically and strategically sharp, focused on results, and capable of providing clear, concise recommendations crucial for the company's success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with Sales & Supply and Customer Care to generate data-driven insights that challenge assumptions, improve unit economics, and drive sustainable growth.
• Metrics, Reporting & Automation: Own the definition and monitoring of financial and operational KPIs to guide strategic decisions and optimise performance.
• Process Automation & AI Enablement: Automate recurring reporting and leverage AI tooling to shift team capacity toward higher-value analysis.
• Planning & Forecasting: Deliver business-owned budgets and forecasts. Drive innovation in forecasting methods — including AI-assisted approaches — to improve accuracy and speed.
• Investment Strategy: Build robust business cases, independently evaluate investment opportunities, and articulate the tradeoffs that inform strategy and capital allocation.

Your Profile

• 5+ years in FP&A, strategy, consulting, or business operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communicator: Can translate complex analysis into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership.
• Analytically strong: Fluent in SQL, experienced with BI tools (Tableau/Looker), and comfortable with financial modelling in spreadsheets and ERP/CPM systems.
• AI-curious and tool-forward: Actively uses AI/automation to improve speed and quality of output (not just aware of it).
• Strategic and proactive: Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward action.
