Founded in 2003, Entrata® is the only comprehensive property management software provider with a single-login, open-access Platform as a Service (PaaS) system. Offering a wide variety of online tools including websites, mobile apps, payments, lease signing, accounting, and resident management, Entrata® PaaS currently serves more than 20,000 apartment communities nationwide, including 34 of the NMHC Top 50 Largest Managers. We are at a critical juncture in our growth, and we have a big vision for the future. This person will be the FP&A representative for various functions at Entrata. This position will report to the Director of FP&A and will closely partner with senior leadership at Entrata.

What you’ll work on:
- Lead the FP&A function, partnering with the Director of FP&A, the broader FP&A team, the accounting team, and business leaders to drive our strategic and financial planning processes.
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget, rolling financial forecasts, and the creation and maintenance of financial planning models, systems, and tools.
- Provide strategic FP&A support across various functions, including business partnering, facilities planning, headcount management, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage and refine the rolling forecast for supported functions using Adaptive Planning (planning software).
- Communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual results, including variance analysis, to executive management and other business leaders.
- Develop and oversee the monthly financial reporting of key SAAS metrics and business drivers.
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives.
- Utilize Domo to deliver data and analytics insights to business partners, including interpreting and writing calculated fields (SQL), and creating Domo visualizations
- Maintain and update the company's instance of Adaptive Planning.
- Lead cross-departmental or ad-hoc projects in collaboration with other FP&A team members, such as maintaining the stock comp, fixed asset/depreciation, New ACV, product/vertical P&Ls, and commissions forecast.
- Own relationships with business partners, including C-suite executives
Experience you’ll need:
- 5+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably within SAAS.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced model building.
- Strong understanding of SAAS and unit economics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with senior executives and department heads as an objective and trusted advisor.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with multi-national companies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior time management skills.
- Expertise with Adaptive and Domo software (3+ years).
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
