The Integrations and Separations Finance Team partners cross-functionally to successfully integrate acquisitions and separate disposals. This role will support the financial Planning, Reporting, Forecasting, and Analytics efforts for acquisitions and disposals. It will help bring standardization and FP&A operational excellence to otherwise non-standard activities – leveraging the latest technology to drive efficiencies and ensure best practices. Depending on the need, this role may also help lead the multiple tactical activities required to integrate and/or separate various acquisitions and disposals.
About the Role:

P&L ownership for acquisitions across all core segments

Work with Segment CFOs and Acquisition team’s CFO/Finance org to be able to succinctly explain drivers of performance results

Act as the Integration-FP&A point-person and exert indirect influence over multiple finance teams to drive disciplined planning and meaningful commentary

Assess topline business health versus Board Paper assumptions within 90 days of deal close and identify three key focus areas after assessment.

Support acquired finance teams to develop bottoms-up expense Plan and assess any risks within 90 days of deal close. Lead annual expense planning / quarterly forecasting cycles.

Distribute integration budgets to functional finance teams within 15 days of deal close. Collect back bottoms-up integration budget forecasts within 90 days of deal close and submit as updated integration budget forecast. Distribute monthly management reporting to finance partners by WD5 each month. Support subsequent planning / forecasting cycles.

Maintain and present management reporting for acquired businesses by WD5 each month.

Support expense carve-up of acquisitions, such that finance partners have full knowledge of carved-up budgets 6 months prior to carve-up.

As required, deliver on divestiture reporting requests within 3 days, with estimated timeline always communicated to requesting stakeholders.
About You:
Qualifications: Qualified CA, MBA Finance preferred
Experience: 10+ years of corporate experience finance/analytics
