The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is the financial business partner for the Global Sourcing team. This job is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and associated ad-hoc requests. The job also provides ad hoc support for the business as necessary.
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

Responsibilities

Leads financial reporting for the Global Sourcing organization, including reviewing the preparation and presentation of management reports and / or corporate reporting requirements, to ensure integrity of information and keep management updated on key information.

Partner with the Global Sourcing team and Manufacturing team on raw material forecasting, cost alignment, and provide insights on raw material trends.

Lead the monthly VIP reporting process to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.

Work with the Global Sourcing team on Cash Flow Optimization projects and provide recommendations.

Oversee the Standard Cost process and reporting for sourced finished goods and manufacturing raw materials.
Qualifications

8-12 years of experience, preferred

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
