Regeneron is seeking an FP&A Intern to work closely with the Finance team, as well as cross-functional partners from across the business, to support the FP&A function at Regeneron.

FP&A Intern - Stagiaire FP&A - Paris

The FP&A Intern will support the Finance team in various financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. This role is designed to provide the intern with practical experience in financial planning and analysis, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analysing financial data from various departments/functions.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the finance team.
• Financial Modelling: Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and dashboards to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed, providing support to senior finance professionals.
• Presentation Preparation: assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing financial performance and key insights.

To be considered in this role, you must be currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (Bac+4/5). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools & Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion is a plus. Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, and proficiency in English.
