As FP&A intern, you will report in to the FP&A Central Functions team and will become a true financial business partners to the operational teams to support our business performance while implementing effective and scalable cost control practices.

👩💻🧑💻 As FP&A Intern at Qonto, this is what you will do:
• Business partnering: Work closely with operational teams, support operating reporting cadence, develop financial insights and apply business judgment to help drive Qonto’s margins. To that end, you will help building processes and dedicated dashboards.
• Reporting: Improve the accuracy and reliability of our financial information through taking part in Qonto’s FP&A processes, including monthly closing and forecast, analytical allocations, management reporting, variance analysis.
• Financial planning: Take part in the annual budget and quarterly reviews, and perform variance analysis on the P&L lines and scope you are in charge of.
• Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on different topics (e.g. deep dive on key KPIs, etc.)

🏅About You
• Experience: any previous experience in finance would be a plus !
• Program: You're enrolled in a work-study master program (alternance) in finance, preferably with 3-4 days per week in the company.
• Self-starter: you take initiatives and you are intellectually agile, comfortable with creating processes and dashboards from scratch.
• Communication: you are a real team player and have excellent communication skills with ability to align various stakeholders among the company.
• Mastery: you are fully proficient in Gsheet/Excel and have strong financial modelling skills.
• Solution Oriented : you tackle problems head-on, and think outside the box.
• Languages: you are fluent in English, other European languages (German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
Any previous experience in finance would be a plus !
