The role requires banking or payment institution audit expertise, strong regulatory compliance knowledge, autonomy, critical thinking, and fluent English and French. The position is based in Paris or Milan.

The Growth Project Manager will lead cross-functional growth initiatives, manage change programs, drive operational excellence, and support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Lead company-wide backend architecture and high-stakes initiatives across transactions, search, billing, permissions, monetization, and integrations.
