FP&A Analyst - India Position
- Prepare weekly report focusing on bookings, pipeline, and other financial metrics
- Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecast processes for revenue and expenses using Workday Adaptive Planning
- Serve as finance business partner supporting department leaders in budgeting, forecasting, revenue/cost/expense initiatives and related analyses
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and quarterly board presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Perform ad hoc reporting, analyses and modeling, and build presentations to provide insightful and timely decision support for achieving company goals
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 5-8 years of relevant FP&A experience required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and/or Power BI based data collection, cleansing and modeling required
- Ability to learn quickly, breakdown complex concepts and solve problems with a growth-oriented mindset
- Track record of integrity, self-motivation, cross-functional collaboration required
- Good communication and presentation skills required
- Working experience of Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Data Sciences or Engineering required
- MBA or equivalent from top tier institutes preferred
- Other Advanced Degrees such as CA, CFA, or other relevant Master's degrees or equivalent a plus
