About The Role: The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the strategic growth of Rev.io.
Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. -
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate and comprehensive budget submissions.
Monitor and update forecasts regularly, incorporating changes in business conditions and strategic initiatives. -
Business Partnering:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.
Provide financial insights and support to various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development.
Assist in the evaluation of business opportunities, including M&A activities, new product launches, and market expansions. -
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as required. -
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.
Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support the implementation of financial systems and tools.
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology or telecom industry.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Technical competency with U.S. GAAP
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
