About the role:

We’re seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and hands-on FP&A Sy Analyst In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our FP&A systems, supporting complex financial modelization, and driving the full 5-year planning cycle. You will collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain advanced financial models, automate reporting processes, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Your expertise will enable the delivery of accurate, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.

Responsibilities
  • 5 years of experience as an FP&A analyst
  • Experience implementing and maintaining FP&A tools
  • Build and maintain complex long-term modeling
  • Build and automate company KPIs
  • Maintain a rolling forecast, adjusted to reflect recent business events
  • Standardize and automate processes
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc tasks

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration (MBA - preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience from a SaaS company a significant advantage
  • Analytical skills and business understanding
  • The highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • Advanced skills/expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite (preferred)
  • Knowledge of FP&A, BI tools, TM1, Power BI
  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete diverse tasks within tight deadlines
  • Team player, responsible and of high integrity. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Full command of English and Hebrew, spoken/written - required
