Senior GTM Salesforce Business Analyst owning end-to-end GTM processes: discovery, requirements, solution design, hands-on Salesforce configuration (Flows, Case Management, Knowledge, Experience Sites), change management, release planning, and influencing technology roadmaps to align systems with GTM objectives.

Serve as primary customer contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, drive onboarding and product adoption, monitor usage and health metrics, lead escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence product roadmap to ensure retention, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.

Serve as a technical sales advisor for Claroty, leading discovery, demos, PoCs, and solution design for OT/ICS cybersecurity. Support sales, respond to RFPs, and represent Claroty at industry events while integrating solutions with IT security stacks.
