Provide technical support to enterprise customers for Claroty CPS protection platform—troubleshoot complex networking and Linux issues across SaaS and on‑prem environments, reproduce and resolve high‑impact cases, collaborate with R&D/Product/Customer Success, escalate when needed, and maintain proactive customer relationships and reporting.

Serve as primary customer contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, drive onboarding and product adoption, monitor usage and health metrics, lead escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence product roadmap to ensure retention, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.

The IT Operations & Helpdesk Engineer is responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and enhancing IT operations for a global user base.

Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of product initiatives across Claroty's CPS security platform. Own product vision and roadmap, prioritize features, collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams, and integrate AI/ML capabilities into threat detection solutions to drive adoption and scalability.
