Requires extensive federal cybersecurity sales experience, established government and reseller relationships, U.S. citizenship, and 55–65% travel.

Serves as the primary technical partner for enterprise customers, leading Claroty solution planning, deployment, configuration, adoption, optimization, and technical support. Provides architecture guidance, manages risks and escalations, creates technical documentation, translates customer feedback for internal teams, and presents strategic cybersecurity roadmaps to technical and executive stakeholders. Requires frequent customer engagement and up to 30% travel.

Leads two R&D teams developing network protection and anomaly/threat detection for Claroty’s xDome SaaS platform. Responsibilities include managing engineering leaders, owning distributed security architecture, delivering cloud-native detection and enforcement systems, advancing AI-driven capabilities, and partnering with Product, Security Research, and Platform teams. Requires extensive distributed backend or data-platform experience, engineering leadership, cybersecurity expertise, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development, and executive communication.

Leads Data Science, Network Research, and Asset Classification teams developing highly accurate cyber-physical system visibility solutions. Oversees AI/ML scaling, feature engineering, industrial and medical protocol parsing, data fusion, and passive and active data collection. Collaborates with product and R&D teams to support asset discovery, classification, risk management, segmentation, and threat detection across OT, ICS, and IoMT environments.

Build and own secure remote access features for cyber-physical systems. Design scalable, high-availability gateway and proxy architectures, integrate IT and OT networks, implement Zero Trust and session monitoring capabilities, and maintain secure, resilient production code. Collaborate with product managers and security researchers while contributing across feature design, architecture, development, and deployment.

Supports enterprise customers using Claroty’s cybersecurity platform across SaaS and on-premises environments. Investigates, reproduces, and resolves complex networking and system issues; troubleshoots Linux systems, protocols, and customer environments; manages escalations; maintains customer relationships; collaborates with R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Technical Account Managers; and provides customer status updates through reporting and cadence calls.

Lead enterprise sales across the Northeast healthcare market, expanding existing accounts and winning Fortune 500 customers. Manage land-and-expand campaigns from proof of concept through deployment, exceed enterprise quotas, build channel partnerships, generate pipeline, present product demonstrations, and represent Claroty at industry events. The role focuses on cybersecurity and cyber-physical systems protection for medical and clinical environments and requires 50% travel.

Serve as the primary technical contact for public sector customers and partners, guiding Claroty solution deployment, configuration, adoption, optimization, and value realization. Provide architecture recommendations, partner enablement, risk identification, technical documentation, escalation support, and executive-level cybersecurity discussions. The role requires strong networking and cybersecurity expertise, familiarity with federal customers and compliance frameworks, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Travel of 30–40% and U.S. citizenship are required.

Generate new business opportunities through lead research, outbound email, phone, and social outreach. Build prospect relationships, qualify leads, manage CRM records, and coordinate qualified-lead handoffs with sales. Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaigns, monitor industry trends, meet performance targets, and use AI-enabled tools to improve outreach effectiveness.

Designs and executes automated, API, UI, regression, smoke, and end-to-end tests for cloud-native and air-gapped federal environments. Integrates test suites with GitLab CI and Jenkins, validates security and compliance baselines, diagnoses Linux and Windows systems, and documents test plans, defects, and results. The role supports reliable deployment of cyber-physical security solutions across government and critical infrastructure environments.

Serve as the primary technical partner for enterprise customers deploying and optimizing Claroty’s cybersecurity platform. Responsibilities include solution design, configuration, technical guidance, architecture recommendations, risk identification, documentation, escalation support, executive presentations, and translating customer feedback to internal teams. Requires strong networking expertise, cybersecurity knowledge, customer-facing communication, English and German proficiency, and travel up to 30%.

Serve as the primary technical partner for enterprise customers using Claroty’s cybersecurity platform. Plan and support deployments, configuration, adoption, optimization, architecture, documentation, escalations, and executive technical conversations. Translate customer feedback into recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams while identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Own RevOps data models and BI infrastructure to drive GTM strategy. Clean and analyze datasets, build predictive models, define and track leading/lagging KPIs, deploy dashboards, document data definitions, and deliver executive-ready insights while partnering cross-functionally with Finance and GTM teams.

Serve as a strategic technical partner to enterprise customers, driving deployment, adoption, and optimization of Claroty's platform. Provide architecture guidance, proactively identify risks, support escalations, translate customer feedback to product teams, create technical playbooks, and lead executive technical conversations. Travel up to 30% and work onsite in Rio de Janeiro.

Lead and scale the Americas Customer Experience organization (Customer Success and Technical Account Management). Drive retention, adoption, and expansion through regional strategy, cross-functional alignment, executive escalation, and operational excellence. Own GRR/NRR, CSAT, talent development, and ensure customer voice informs product and support.

Lead enterprise sales across the SEA region for Claroty, driving new business, expanding accounts, building CISO/CIO/OT relationships, partnering with MSSPs and SIs, and using AI tools to boost sales effectiveness and ARR growth.
