Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT
ROLE PURPOSE
The FP&A team within Financial Reporting and Business Partnering department is a team of highly qualified analysts who are able to provide end to end finance support to their business partners with limited oversight. Our team cooperates very closely with our business partners and their finance teams around the globe to ensure that delivered information is meaningful and able to support business operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the FP&A team overseeing cost base for all Tate & Lyle business divisions. The role holder will be guiding a team of people to provide accurate and timely analysis to assist with understanding and running the business.
Senior FP&A Supervisor plays a strategic role in planning and implementing processes and improvements within the Financial Reporting & Business Partnering function. Ensures that the processes align with the overall business strategy and objectives. This role involves managing a team of professionals, coordinating with various departments, and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESManaging a team executing accurate and timely management reporting and analysis. Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as ad-hoc reports as needed.
Supporting Group FP&A team in deriving meaningful insights and analysis
Driving transformation of reporting methodologies across all business divisions including utilizing best class data visualization opportunities
Oversee Month End Close process.
Lead, coordinate & consolidate the annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities across all business divisions.
Continuously identify and communicate risks and opportunities against the existing forecast.
Development of reporting packs as a constant process.
Continually challenging the status quo and proposing alternative solutions to drive the efficiency.
Professionally coach individuals & improve team capabilities.
Develop and manage a team and contribute to their individual career development and growth aspiration.
Assist the manager in developing and implementing strategic plans for the Financial Reporting & Business Partnering function. Contribute to the long-term vision and goals of the finance department.
Mentor and coach team members to prepare them for future leadership roles.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in finance and analytics.
Lead initiatives to adopt new tools and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Financial Reporting functions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Mathematics
Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) or international equivalent is beneficial
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
Proven experience in managing complex financial processes and leading high-performing teams.
