The Opportunity:
As part of the Power Transformers Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on digital & automation transformation in manufacturing.
You will work with our transformer factories worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digital / automation and process analysis programs and projects.
You will share your knowledge by delivering global training.
How You´ll Make an Impact:
- Support the global digitalization and automation implementation demands for power transformers business.
- Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our power transformer factories through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics.
- Provide expert support to our factories for implementation, training, and process improvement activities.
- Conduct factory assessments and drive the implementation of appropriate digitalization / automation solutions.
- Develop standard requirements for digital / automation manufacturing solutions.
- Develop and update documentations training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the transformer factories.
- Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and to introduce new systems in a systematic manner.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background:
- Experience in manufacturing automation / digitalization.
- Skills in areas such as manufacturing digitalization, automation and process analysis.
- Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes.
- Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education.
- International experience, working with different countries and cultures.
- Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills.
- University degree.
