Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the senior leadership on annual budgeting, rolling quarterly re-forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. 

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale a team of financial analysts and managers, fostering professional growth and high-performance

  • Profitability & Cost Analysis: Identify key operational metrics impacting P&L, analyze cost investments, and recommend data-driven optimizations across different geographic regions and departments. 

  • Variance Analysis: Monitor monthly financial results against budgets/forecasts and explain financial performance and variances to management. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the financial liaison to Operations, Client Services, and Workforce Management, assisting leaders in interpreting financial data and planning their expense budgets. 

  • Process Improvement: Drive automation and standardization of financial reports, upgrading end-to-end planning processes to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus) and 7+ years of corporate finance experience, preferably in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or tech sector. 

  • Financial Acumen: Deep knowledge of P&L management, financial modeling, and variance reporting. 

  • Data & Tech Skills: High proficiency in financial systems, business intelligence (BI) tools, and advanced Excel. ​

  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively guide SVPs and VPs across regions with differing operational targets.
