Job Summary
The FP&A AMER Sr Manager is a strategic finance partner to the AMER Sales CRO leadership team, supporting decision-making through strong analytics, insight generation, and storytelling. This role focuses on non-financial and operational metrics, long-range planning, and proactive support of the business. The position acts as a key thought partner to the Director, with a strong emphasis on executive presence, relationship management, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
Act as the primary FP&A partner to Commercial Finance and Sales Operations teams
Build and maintain strong relationships across Sales, Operations, and Capacity Planning
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including direct support to the FP&A AMER Director and Sales SVP
Translate business performance into clear, actionable recommendations
Operational & Performance Analytics
Own and analyze key operational metrics such as capacity utilization, fill rates, bookings, and presales activity
Translate operational trends into forward looking business insights, and identify risks and opportunities affecting business performance and growth
Deliver recurring reporting focused on key business drivers and performance indicators
Planning & Forecasting
Support capacity planning, demand planning, and bookings forecasting
Ensure alignment between operational assumptions and financial outcomes
Perform scenario analysis to evaluate growth, capacity, and demand impacts
Lead AMER long-term planning processes, connecting key assumptions to outputs
Executive Communication & Storytelling
Develop clear, concise, and compelling narratives for leadership
Synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Prepare materials for executive reviews, business updates, and planning cycles
Process Improvement & Transformation
Identify and drive improvements in planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
Enhance data quality, automation, and standardization
Proactively surface risks and opportunities to improve decision-making
Support cross-functional initiatives that increase operational efficiency and transparency
Team Leadership
Provide guidance and oversight to analysts and senior analysts
Ensure quality, consistency, and rigor in analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Proven experience in FP&A, business partnering, or strategic finance roles
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Demonstrated ability to translate data into business insights
Strong analytical skills across financial and operational data
Experience in planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning and reporting systems
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Tampa Office TAO : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
