In the role of FP&A Manager, you will work cross functionally to deliver insightful, actionable analytics and influential reporting packages to drive change and improve financial performance. Location: Mumbai (In Office – Hybrid Policy)
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead reporting responsibilities for the Global Operations function, including but not limited to: functional reporting (MIS reports for various functions), freight reporting (MIS for inbound and outbound freight across sites), inflation reporting (MIS for analyzing cost increases vis-à-vis global inflation), inventory reporting (MOR, Site-wise inventory balances and periodic comparisons), sourcing reports (spend analysis such as last price paid for material) and assisting in AOP activities (annual budget).
· Deliver impactful, accurate and on-time financial reporting.
· Provide analytical support to the company’s short-term and long-term financial models.
· Collaborate with various Finance leaders to develop a standard catalogue of financial reports and key operational metrics, delivered on a continuous basis, which drive action and deliver improved financial results.
· Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reporting capabilities and processes, assist in implementing solutions, and drive projects to digitize analytics and reporting. Lead finance simplification initiatives to streamline and modernize financial reporting systems.
· Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed goals. Promote a healthy and collaborative team environment. Support continuous professional development and career progression of team.
· Support ad-hoc analysis as required, including requests from Sr. Director Global Operations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Management or Economics.
· MBA in Finance must.
· 12+ years of experience in FP&A role i.e., finance or business/commercial operations experience with team management.
· Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
· Must be an analytical thinker with a strong financial mindset and the ability to solve problems proactively.
· Strong operational mindset to create standardized, repeatable financial reports and deliver them with accuracy and timeliness.
· Highly accountable and driven business professional.
· Proficient in Essbase/HFM, SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, Advance MS Office skills especially in Excel.
