Job Description

To ensure the Capital Finance function is positioned to meet the company’s increasing complexity, scale, and needs, the Enterprise Operations team will require a highly qualified individual that has the following skills and can complete the following tasks:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual capital expenditure planning/budget process
  • Reconcile monthly forecasts by category and business unit
  • Build Capital Scorecard and review for issues
  • Assist accounting with Capitalizing Labor, Travel and Entertainment for employees
  • Assist accounting with policy alignment
  • Provide Training to capital finance software
  • Support audit and capitalization review
  • Provide analysis on CapEx information as requested
  • Lead Ad Hoc projects as requested by management
  • Software - Not required, but would be a plus  - OneStream, Hyperion, Microsoft Office, Finario
  • 8-10 years experience

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $83,000-$110,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
