Role Description

The purpose of this role is to support the full range of financial planning and forecasting activities of FNZ NAM LTDs finance function, including establishing, managing, and maintaining financial forecasts across the North America region.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for all North America FP&A activities and will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making. This includes management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management, with a strong focus on P&L and cashflow.
The role will report directly to the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and will work closely with other regional FP&A leads and Group FP&A colleagues. The role will partner closely with the Regional CFO and business leadership teams, requiring strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality, timely output.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop Excel-based forecast models, managing data inputs from relevant financial systems and reports for monthly, annual, and rolling forecast cycles

  • Own the North America cost and revenue forecasting process, including regular update cycles and communication with stakeholders across the business

  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting, including analysis for cost center and leadership review meetings

  • Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and the three-year planning process for the region

  • Analyze monthly ledger data to identify variances to forecast, highlighting key risks and opportunities

  • Provide P&L and cashflow-focused analysis to support business performance and decision-making

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial analysis to support senior management and executive decision-making

  • Act as a finance business partner to budget holders, senior management, and regional leadership, providing insight and challenge

  • Support key stakeholders across the region, including the Regional CFO and wider business teams

  • Serve as a point of contact for general budget and forecast enquiries from the wider business

Experience Required

  • CPA designation strongly preferred

  • 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3-5 years in FP&A or a similar commercial or leadership role

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial modelling

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insight

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business requirements

  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines

  • Commercial mindset with initiative and the ability to think laterally
