We are looking for a proactive and experienced FP&A Manager to join our Global FP&A team and lead financial planning for our Marine business. This is a high‑impact role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders, shape forecasting processes, and deliver insights that directly influence strategic decisions across Hempel.
As FP&A Manager, you will partner with Finance Business Partners (dotted line) and take ownership of delivering high‑quality reporting, forecasts, and strategic plans. This is a hands‑on role that blends strong financial expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
What Your Responsibilities will be?
Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful management reporting, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring financial insights support strategic priorities and business goals.
Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end forecasting process, driving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Prepare executive‑level presentations, translating complex data into clear, compelling insights.
Analyze results, forecasts, and variances to identify key performance drivers and provide forward‑looking recommendations.
Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes using modern tools and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on assumptions, reporting standards, and business objectives.
What You Bring?
5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis with a strong track record of improving processes and implementing best practices.
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial systems (SAP, D365), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with machine learning is a plus.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, cross‑functional environment.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
