The Land O'Lakes Finance organization is currently seeking candidates to join our organization in a Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) Associate role. This role will provide the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks and functions within our Finance organization. The TAP program is designed to offer two defined rotational assignments in our Finance and Accounting areas.
In addition to the rotational assignments, you will complete a pre-defined leadership development curriculum and obtain exposure to the Land O’Lakes Finance senior leadership team.
In the Accounting assignment, key learnings and responsibilities will potentially include: maintaining product costing, reviewing work orders, reconciling product inventory, performing monthly account reconciliations; researching, preparing and posting journal entries and other accounting transactions.
In the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) assignment, key learnings and responsibilities will potentially include: assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, performing monthly variance analysis, preparing other financial reporting and analysis as needed to support the business.
Experience-Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related major, along with a minimum of one internship in related field
GPA 3.0 or higher
Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes internship program

Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with impact
