FP&A Controller

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Controller to coordinate and consolidate financial planning activities across multiple countries/entities. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and strategic financial support to regional and group-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple countries/entities to support regional planning and reporting.

• Lead the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.

• Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.

• Manage monthly ABC reporting and calculate key business KPIs for internal and group-level use.

• Collaborate with HR and local finance teams to validate payroll and headcount data.

• Partner with commercial and operational teams to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
