Vil du være tæt på forretningen og samtidig sikre, at tallene altid er korrekte? Som Financial Controller for Danmark får du en central rolle for en finansprofil, der trives med høj faglighed, præcision og forretningsnær sparring.

Du kommer til at arbejde hands-on på tværs af hele den finansielle cyklus, fra månedsafslutning til forecasting, og du får et tæt samarbejde med Local Finance, Plant Operations og Business Finance-teams. Dette er ikke en rolle, hvor du leder andre eller sætter strategien på afstand. Det er en rolle, hvor din tekniske nøjagtighed, nysgerrighed og pålidelighed direkte bidrager til forretningens performance.

Du refererer til vores FP&A Finance Manager for Nordics, Baltics and Kazakhstan. Det giver dig adgang til et stærkt front-office finance team, samtidig med at du bliver understøttet af et større team i PPG’s Shared Service Center i Brno. Du får ansvar for den end-to-end månedlige rapporteringsproces og bidrager til forecasting-cyklusser i tæt samarbejde med øvrige Finance-teams. Rollen har ikke personaleansvar, så du kan fokusere fuldt ud på finansiel ekspertise, eksekvering og forretningspartnerskab.

Dine ansvarsområder

• Gennemføre den fulde månedsafslutningsproces for tildelte enheder i henhold til US GAAP, herunder journal entries, accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions og reclassifications, samt sikre korrekte P&L-, balance sheet- og cash flow statements med variance analysis af høj kvalitet.
• Understøtte annual planning og periodiske forecasts ved at indsamle inputs, indlæse og afstemme tal samt opbygge driver-based models for revenue, COGS og Opex.
• Sikre nøjagtighed i P&L og proaktivt løse eventuelle problemstillinger i samarbejde med Brno Shared Service Center.
• Udarbejde forretningsanalyser og rapportering, der hjælper lokal ledelse med at forstå performance drivers og træffe informerede beslutninger.
• Understøtte konsolidering af overhead costs og fremadrettet forecasting, afstemme payroll accounting og vedligeholde detaljeret cost center reporting, herunder tracking af Opex og headcount, samt sikre korrekt dataindsendelse i ERP- og BI-værktøjer inden for fastsatte deadlines.
• Sikre høj SOX compliance og stærke internal controls gennem grundig dokumentation og control evidence, understøtte interne og eksterne audits med detaljerede schedules og forklaringer samt, efter behov, bidrage til statutory audit i samarbejde med lokale rådgivere.
• Bidrage til procesforbedringer ved at dokumentere SOPs, identificere muligheder for simplificering og understøtte automatisering i Excel og BI-værktøjer.

Kvalifikationer

• Uddannelse inden for finance, accounting eller et beslægtet område.
• 4-6 års erfaring inden for controlling, accounting eller FP&A.
• Stærk viden om US GAAP. Erfaring med SOX og internal controls er et krav.
• Avancerede Excel-kompetencer. Erfaring med SAP og Power BI er en fordel.
• Kendskab til Anaplan vil være en yderligere fordel.
• Flydende dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt.
• Struktureret, detaljeorienteret og pålidelig, også når deadlines er korte.
• Trives i en global matrixorganisation.
• Hands-on tilgang og motiveret af eksekvering. Dette er en individual contributor-rolle uden direkte personaleansvar.
