We’re looking for a sharp, strategic FP&A Business Partner to join our Global Go-to-Market Finance team. In this high-impact role, based in Tel Aviv, you will work closely with senior marketing leadership to support our Performance Marketing, Brand, Out-of-Home, Advertising, and Lead Generation efforts across all regions.
You will also play a key role in driving company-wide ARR and revenue forecasting, working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Marketing, Strategy, Product, and RevOps. This is a truly global role, partnering with teams based in the US, UK, and Israel.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven experience partnering with marketing or GTM functions at a regional or global level
- Strong understanding of SaaS and marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, pipeline, ARR)
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills; fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and modern FP&A tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan)
- Experience working with tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and confidently drive discussions based on data and insight
- A highly analytical mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a global, matrixed environment
