Join BTECH as an FP&A Analyst and play a key role in financial planning and analysis to drive business performance and strategic decision making. You will be responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models, analyzing financial results, and providing valuable insights to support management in achieving business objectives.

In this position, you will collaborate with various departments to gather data, monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency. The FP&A Analyst will also assist in monthly and quarterly reporting and help streamline financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial planning models including budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and variances.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management review.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide financial insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist in improving financial reporting processes and tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or related financial roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail or FMCG sectors is advantageous.
