Job Description SummaryYou want a finance role where the numbers you work with actually shape the future of manufacturing? As FP&A Analyst for Colibrium Additive Printers based in our Lichtenfels or Budapest office, you are the finance specialist for the Printers P&L, partnering directly with cost center owners across Laser, EBM and key HQ functions. Your insights will influence how we invest, where we drive productivity, and how Colibrium Additive scales as a global business. This role can be based either in our office in Lichtenfels or Budapest. We offer a hybrid working model, requiring on-site presence three days a week.
You will support and challenge the business, turning complex data into clear actions that improve cost control, profitability, and strategic decision making. You will also help embed FLIGHT DECK / LEAN ways of working, building robust standard work and simplifying financial reporting so teams can focus on what matters.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner on the Printers P&L as the key finance business partner across all cost centers (Laser, EBM and selected HQ functions), covering COS, SGA and fixed assets globally and at Lichtenfels.

  • Drive financial operations and productivity by owning spend tracking, PO requisitions, cost productivity projects and supporting month/quarter close, including journal entries and required reporting.

  • Standardize and simplify allocations, reporting and core finance processes with Additive HQ and facility management to reduce complexity, rework and ensure accurate cost allocation to engineering, services and other pillars.

  • Lead planning, forecasting and metrics for the Printers P&L, including budgets, forecasts, hands-on analysis and continuous improvement of cost tracking and analytics models, plus documenting methodology and training stakeholders.

  • Provide decision support through data-driven analysis and recommendations, including preparation of audit support and interaction with internal and external auditors.

  • Champion FLIGHT DECK / LEAN and change by role‑modelling standard work and problem‑solving fundamentals and helping the team adopt lean, transparent financial processes.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

  • Around 3+ years’ experience in financial operations, including reporting and forecasting

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle ERP is a plus

  • Fluency in English and very good German skills

  • Clear, structured communication and the ability to work in a global team

  • Comfort diving into data, analyzing problems and making data‑driven decisions

  • Ability to document and execute processes and initiatives

  • Willingness to be based on one of our offices (Budapest or Lichtenfels) with 3 days office presence per week.

Wesentliche Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung der finanziellen Abläufe und Produktivität durch Ausgaben-Tracking, PO-Anträge, Kostenproduktivitätsprojekte sowie Unterstützung beim Monats- und Quartalsabschluss (inkl. Buchungen und erforderlichem Reporting).
  • Standardisierung und Vereinfachung von Umlagen, Reporting und Kernfinanzprozessen gemeinsam mit Additive HQ und Standortmanagement, um Komplexität und Rework zu reduzieren und eine korrekte Kostenzuordnung zu Engineering, Services und weiteren Säulen sicherzustellen.
  • Führung von Planung, Forecasting und Kennzahlen für das Printers P&L, inklusive Budgets, Forecasts, Hands-on-Analysen sowie kontinuierlicher Verbesserung von Kosten-Tracking und Analysemodellen, plus Dokumentation der Methodik und Schulung von Stakeholdern.
  • Entscheidungsunterstützung durch datenbasierte Analysen und Empfehlungen, einschließlich Vorbereitung von Audit-Unterlagen und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Prüfern.
  • Vorantreiben von FLIGHT DECK / LEAN und Veränderung, indem du Standard Work und Problemlöse-Grundlagen vorlebst und dem Team hilfst, schlanke, transparente Finanzprozesse zu übernehmen.
