What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end user experience of our AI travel agent, from initial concept through execution.
- Design innovative AI interfaces that make complex travel planning feel effortless.
- Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistent quality and scalability.
- Conduct user research to deeply understand the pain points of corporate travelers and travel managers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring our product vision to life.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure exceptional implementation of your designs.
- Help establish a design-driven culture where user experience is a central pillar of our product strategy.
- Stay at the cutting edge of AI interface design, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our product.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of product design experience at leading software companies, with preference for amazing consumer products, both web and mobile.
- Experience or deep interest in designing for AI-powered products, plus familiarity with modern AI interfaces.
- Knowledge and opinions about Generative UI and how it should impact UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and execution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for travel and strong opinions about how current travel could be radically improved.
- Ability to execute with speed and the flexibility required for a fast moving startup in its early phases.
