You will work directly with the founding team and help drive Mello’s commercial growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with real responsibility from day one, ideal for someone who wants to learn how an early-stage AI company is built and scaled.
Your focus will be on go-to-market and growth topics: supporting sales and partnerships, sharpening our positioning, and turning early traction into repeatable processes.
* Support go-to-market initiatives across sales, partnerships, and positioning
* Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to bring solutions to customers
* Tackle whatever challenge most moves the company forward
* Work on growth experiments (outbound, ICP definition, lead generation, funnel optimization)
