Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail.
Today, we sell 2 products: (1) an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and (2) a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales.

What you’ll do:Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels including social media, events, email campaigns, and digital content
Develop high-quality content that educates and resonates with our audience, from newsletters and video tutorials of Confido’s platform to in-depth product announcements
Maintain and continuously optimize Confido’s website to support new feature releases, enhance user experience, and drive qualified inbound leads
Make data-driven decisions about priority areas of investment and strategies for growth
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
3+ years of experience in early stage marketing / growth, investment banking, consulting, or investing
Ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our various buyer personas
Excited to learn about our customers and understand their problems
