The Clinical Partnerships Manager will expand care access by building referral networks with healthcare providers, ensuring seamless patient experiences.

The Patient Enrollment Specialist will handle phone outreach to schedule patient appointments, assist with inquiries, and provide support throughout the enrollment process.

Build and expand Nabi Health’s healthcare provider referral network across Washington. Prospect new providers, conduct in-person visits and educational events, nurture existing relationships, communicate Nabi’s care model, and increase patient referrals. Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth provider and patient experiences. The role is primarily remote with occasional conferences and partner-site visits.

Manage end-to-end patient intake via calls and texts, schedule appointments, follow up on no-shows, track intake KPIs and reporting, craft patient communications, coordinate clinician hiring/onboarding, and improve clinical operations processes.
