We're building the platform for creating consumer-facing AI voice agents.

Phone calls have long had a bad reputation. All of us have been stuck in long waiting queues, dealt with unhelpful support agents, or listened to endless hold music. Even though voice is the most natural way to communicate, it has never scaled for businesses.

We believe that every B2C company in the world - from energy providers, to telecoms, to insurances - will have AI voice agents that interact with their customers. The number of business-to-consumer conversations over the phone is going to explode in the coming years. As LLMs get better and better it will become an absolute no-brainer to use voice agents to provide consumers with a great experience.

Mission

You'll be telli's first marketing hire. Your job is to build and own telli’s growth marketing engine from strategy to execution.

What you'll do

  • Positioning, Storytelling & Content

    • be the person who translates what we're building into language the market understands

    • work closely with founders, growth and product to shape how telli shows up, on the website, in campaigns, in the press, and in content

    • create content that converts our customers

  • Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution

    • build a repeatable marketing playbook with an AI-automation-first approach

    • constantly experiment with and find new channels for telli

    • own and execute telli's inbound growth engine end-to-end across all channels (organic and paid)

    • track, measure, and report on all campaigns and experiments

What makes you a great fit

  • 1-3 years in growth or product marketing, ideally at an early-stage company where you were one of the first marketing hires or built the function from scratch

  • you're exceptionally creative and bring original ideas to messaging and campaigns, not just follow playbooks

  • you have a strong sense for positioning and storytelling, you turn technical products into narratives people remember

  • you're data driven and make decisions based on experiments and numbers, not gut feeling

  • you pick up new concepts, channels, and tools fast and always know what's working in the market

  • you use AI and automation aggressively and never do manually what can be automated

  • you're a strong communicator in both English and German

  • you want to work with smart and friendly people with (self reported) low ego

  • you want to work on site 5 days a week in Berlin

  • (Bonus) You've built your own business, project, or side hustle before

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years in growth or product marketing, ideally at an early-stage company
  • Experience owning paid and organic acquisition channels (paid social, display, programmatic, SEO)
  • Hands-on experience running marketing channels and building repeatable playbooks
  • Data-driven; experience setting KPIs, running experiments, measuring and reporting campaigns
  • Strong positioning and storytelling; translate technical products into market-facing narratives
  • Fluent communication in English and German
  • Experience using AI tools and automation to scale marketing
  • Experience building and managing press/PR and media relationships
  • Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin
  • Built your own business, project, or side hustle before
