A cybersecurity company is seeking a Founding Engineer for a key and impactful role.
This position includes full ownership of the development, architecture, and delivery of an advanced SaaS platform designed for Enterprise organizations and cybersecurity management.
This is a senior role for a highly hands-on candidate with strong technical depth, broad system thinking, and the ability to lead a product end-to-end - from architectural decisions to maintaining a stable, secure, and scalable production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire R&D function of the product
- Make architectural decisions and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure
- Stay hands-on with development when needed, including Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, and integrations
- Work closely with leadership, product, and business stakeholders to build a clear technical and product roadmap
- Bridge business needs, cybersecurity challenges, and technical execution
- 5+ Years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer
- Strong experience in Backend development with Node.js / TypeScript
- Proven experience in System Design and software architecture
- Strong experience in React and modern Frontend environments
- Experience with AWS Serverless and Cloud-based systems
- Ability to lead a technology product end-to-end
- Previous experience in SaaS / Cyber environments - significant advantage
- Familiarity with cybersecurity domains and CISO-related challenges - strong advantage
- Experience with AI Development tools such as Cursor - advantage
