We’re building a transformative AI-driven platform that empowers healthcare providers to optimize operations, reduce administrative burdens, and ensure compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape. Our intelligently powered solutions leverage cutting-edge data integration, predictive analytics, and seamless user experiences, enabling providers to thrive in a complex healthcare landscape.
As the Founding Engineer, you’ll work directly with our co-founder to lead the charge in building the next generation of healthcare technology. This is a diverse, high-impact role where you’ll be instrumental in shaping our product, team, and company from the ground up. Expect to wear “many hats” and embrace the fast-paced, ever-evolving environment of an early-stage startup.

What You'll Do:
- Build From Scratch: Partner with our co-founder to strategize, design, and build Version 1 of our provider-enablement platform, setting the foundation for a transformative healthcare product.
- Architect and Innovate: Lead the development of our data platform, backend infrastructure, and APIs, ensuring scalable and secure systems that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
- Power Data-Driven Solutions: Design and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate diverse data sources, optimize machine learning infrastructure, and provide real-time analytics that impact financial results and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to understand needs and tailor solutions. As we grow, mentor and guide the engineering team, driving a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
- Prepare for Leadership: As a founding engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a formal leadership role as the company scales.

What You Bring
- Expertise in Software Engineering: Proven experience in backend development, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
- Master of ETL & Big Data: Authority in building and optimizing ETL pipelines, with deep knowledge of integrating healthcare data and ensuring data integrity.
- Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Innovative Problem Solver: A creative mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, efficient solutions in a high-stakes environment.
- Leadership Potential: A strong desire to mentor and grow an engineering team as we scale.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments, with a hunger to build something big from the ground up.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $220,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
